Compassion-based Resilience Training, developed by Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science, is an evidence-based, modular training program. It offers Buddhist contemplative teachings and practices—such as mindfulness, compassion, visualisation, and breathwork—supported by psychology and neuroscience research to aid stress-reduction, self-healing, and mind/body wellbeing.
